Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Shop Pay. All prices are listed in US dollars (USD).

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged in full at the moment the order is placed. If we cannot fulfill part of your order, that part is refunded to the original payment method immediately.

Payment security

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal over encrypted (TLS) connections and are PCI DSS compliant. We never see or store your full card details on our servers.

Currencies and taxes

Checkout is in USD. Depending on your country, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Failed or duplicate charges

If a payment fails but the amount appears reserved on your account, banks normally release the hold within 3-5 business days. If you believe you were charged twice, contact us via the Contact page with your order number and we will resolve it within 24 hours on business days.
