My tracking number doesn't work yet
Tracking activates within 2-5 days of your shipping email, once the carrier scans the parcel. If it still shows nothing after 5 days, email supportpawlygoods@gmail.com with your order number.
My tracking hasn't updated in a week
Parcels sometimes go quiet between sorting hubs, especially on international legs. If there's no movement for 7+ days, contact us - we'll open an inquiry with the carrier and keep you posted.
My order arrives in several parcels
If you ordered several items, they may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive days apart. Each parcel gets its own tracking number by email.
